For Cloud Hosting (US) packages you can purchase a Dedicated IP through support. Dedicated IPs improve endpoint stability and make IP allowlisting straightforward for API access. Availability may vary by region.
Backups and content protection are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using automated snapshots, object storage for dataset backups, and offsite solutions. Our platform supports scheduled snapshots and integrations with remote backup services.
You can upgrade plans within the same storage type to access additional CPU, RAM or storage. Downgrades are restricted to ensure workload stability; contact support for migration assistance or custom scaling solutions.
Upgrades are currently supported within the same storage family (SSD→SSD or NVMe→NVMe). If you need to migrate between storage types, our team can assist with data migration and a recommended plan change process.
